Admission Procedure
AGE ELIGIBILITY (As on 1st April of the academic session for which admission is sought)
 
• Nursery & Kindergarten      :     Below 5 year
Class I                                 :     5 Yrs.
Class III onwards                :     On the basis of previous class. 
 
REGISTRATION: 
By submitting a duly filled registration form available from the school office / website along with the non-refundable, non-transferable registration fee.
 
PLEASE NOTE THAT THE REGISTRATION DOES NOT IN ANY WAY GUARANTEE ADMISSION.
 
ADMISSION TEST:       
The Children who have registered will have to appear for an admission test, which may be written or oral as laid down by the school for different levels. The test will be held for English, Hindi, Mathematics and/or other subject which may be considered necessary.
 
SELECTION: 
The candidate will be selected on the basis of his performance in the test / interview and availability of seat in the concerned class. 
 
BASED ON THE ADMISSION TEST AND OTHER CRITERIA, THE SCHOOL RESERVES THE RIGHT WITHOUT ASSIGNING ANY REASON FOR ALL MATTERS RELATED TO ADMISSION THE DECISION OF THE PRINCIPAL / MANAGEMENT WILL BE FINAL. 
 
ADMITTANCE:
Students offered admission must complete the following formalities before joining, or the offer will stand cancelled and the seat will be passed on to the next student in the waiting list.
 
The transfer certificate in original from the previous school. It has to be signed by DEO if transferred from other states.
Date of birth certificate (In case of admission to Nursery class.)
Passport size photograph of parents / local guardian.
Fitness certificate from registered medical practitioner.
Original blood group report.
 
ADMISSION OF THE CHILD TO THE SCHOOL WILL MEAN COMPLETE ACCEPTANCE BY THE PARENT / GUARDIANS OF ALL THE SCHOOL RULES AND REGULATIONS. THE STUDENT WILL BE EXPECTED TO ABIDE BY THEM AT ALL TIMES.
 
ADMISSION UNDER RTE-ACT 2011 :
School gives admission under RTE-Act 2011 to the children belonging to "weaker section" and "disadvantaged group." The Child or his / her parents / guardians will not be subjected to any screening. procedure; rather admission will be done by draw of lots (lottery system) on 30th June at 10:00 am in the school auditorium. After this date admission will be done on the basis of first come first serve.
